Click the three-dot Settings and more menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of Edge.

- Click the three-dot Settings and more menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of Edge.
- Click Settings, near the bottom of the menu.
- Click Cookies and site permissions in the sidebar, then Pop-ups and redirects.
- Turn on 'Block (recommended)'. Sites that need pop-ups — like your bank — can be added under Allow.
