Hold ⌘, then tap the comma key.
⌘ sits beside the space bar. Either ⌘ works — only one is needed.

- Hold ⌘, then tap the comma key.
- Safari's Settings window opens.
- Click the Websites tab, then Microphone in the left sidebar.
- To block every site by default, set 'When visiting other websites' to Deny.
