Open Finder and click Applications in the sidebar to see all your installed apps.

Steps in text

  1. Open Finder and click Applications in the sidebar to see all your installed apps.
  2. Click once on the app you want to remove — here OldApp — to select it.
  3. Right-click it and choose Move to Trash (or drag it onto the Trash in the Dock).
  4. The app moves to the Trash and disappears from Applications. Empty the Trash to finish removing it.
