On the Home tab, click the ¶ button in the Paragraph group.

Hidden formatting marks — paragraph ends, spaces, breaks — become visible.

Steps in text

  1. On the Home tab, click the ¶ button in the Paragraph group.
  2. Scroll to the dashed line labeled 'Page Break'. Click just before it to place your cursor there.
  3. Press Delete. The page break is removed and the text below flows up to fill the space.
