  1. Click the View tab.
  2. Click Freeze Panes to open the freeze options menu.
  3. Choose the option that freezes the top row.
  4. Now scroll down through your data — watch row 1 stay pinned at the top while everything below moves.
  5. Done — your header row stays visible no matter how far you scroll.
