To undo that, click the View tab.

- Right now the top row is frozen — scroll and it stays pinned while the rows below jump ahead.
- Click Freeze Panes to open the menu.
- Click Unfreeze Panes — the same slot that read Freeze Panes now offers to release them.
- Panes are released — scroll now and row 1 moves with everything else.
